Prices: Prices include engraving. Due to fluctuating market conditions, including currency valuations, prices are subject to change without notice.
Deep Etching: We offer a deep etch on all of our products. Each piece is individually etched by highly skilled artisans. The result is three-dimensional and highly distinctive in appearance.
Satin Etching: On many of our non-crystal beverageware and stemware, we also offer satin etching, a durable surface imprint that is very cost effective when ordering quantities of 144 pcs or more. Satin etching is ideally suited for promotional "give aways", special events and fundraisers.
Artwork: Good quality black and white artwork is required to ensure the highest quality results. Our art department uses CorelDraw and artwork may be sent on disk or via e-mail in the following formats: CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) or high resolution Tiff file (600 dpi or greater). Files must be readable on a PC (not MAC) format. All fonts must be converted to curves (paths, outlines). If you send a disk, please include a laser printed hard copy of your artwork. Art Charges: Art set-up charges normally range from $30 to $60 depending on the amount of text and the type of artwork supplied. Contact us for additional information about art charges.
Production Time: Our normal production time is 5 to 7 days from approval of artwork. Shorter turnaround times, including rush service, is available but may involve additional charges.
Minimum Quantities: Many of our products do not require any minimum quantity. However, some products have low minimums of 4, 6 or 12. For those products, we do accept orders for less than the minimum; however, a $20 run charge will apply.
Shipping: Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping charges added to the invoice. All shipments are FOB Pacific Grove, CA. To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS etc.), additional packaging is required. A $5.00 per shipping carton charge will be added to the invoice. Shipments via motor freight will be packed and shrinkwrapped to ensure maximum protection. A $15.00 per skid charge will be added to the invoice.
Packaging: Standard packaging is indicated on every item in our catalog. Bulk packaged products such as beverage ware, mugs and stemware can be re-boxed in individual or gift set boxes for an additional charge. Ask us for the details.
Payment Terms: Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Guarantee: Defects in workmanship and materials are quite rare and will be corrected without charge. It is important to note that even in the finest crystal, minor variations in clarity and color can and do occur. Occasional bubbles, chill marks and flow lines are inevitable and are not considered defects. Similarly, in marble products, veining is a natural occurence and is not considered a defect.
